  I canceled my premium plan with WordPress but I received an email stating that a payment will be made for renewal on May 31st, 2017. I want to be sure that I will NOT be billed. Please advise.

  Hi silmaairamfit,

  There are no active upgrades on the account you are logged in to — your Premium plan has been cancelled.

  I received an email stating that a payment will be made for renewal on May 31st, 2017.

  I will double check this for you, which site is the upgrade for? Please don’t post any transactions details here, all I need is a URL :)

  Great, thanks! There are no active upgrades on that site. If you want to put your mind at rest, have a look at your Manage Purchases page:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

  Any upgrades would be listed there but as you can see, there aren’t any.
