    How do I cancel my free upgrade?

    Update… after paying to premium my site has been deleted, I was under the impression it was to be applied to my username rather than one site. I have never used the site, when looking at my dashboard there were 5 blogs under the same name so I deleted the extras and must have deleted the one that I moved to premium. Please help, you must be able to if you can take our money. I am astounded there is no phone number to call!

    I’m sorry for the trouble you had — we don’t have phone support, but I can certainly help you with this here.

    All upgrades at WordPress.com, including WordPress.com Premium, are per-blog (rather than per-account). I checked your account, and I see that your WordPress.com Premium plan is linked to this active blog: http://fiftyonedegreesnorth.wordpress.com/

    The Premium plan you purchased for the deleted site was cancelled and refunded, and the plan on this blog is a free trial. If you’d like to keep the upgrade on this blog, you can purchase it by going to Store > My Upgrades in the blog’s dashboard.
