  I purchased premium but it doesn’t look like I am able to access the benefits (can’t access the premium backgrounds, etc) & I am constantly asked if I want to upgrade to premium. Do I need to activate it or something?

  Hi there, your Premium upgrade looks active on tracynicolefeeney.wordpress.com, as you can see under Store > My Upgrades:

  Because of its unique design, Twenty Thirteen doesn’t allow custom backgrounds to be uploaded. If you need a custom background image, you might want to try a different theme.

  That is odd – would you mind Would it be possible to send along a screenshot (JPEG, PNG or PDF format, if possible) of those messages to help in troubleshooting? Please include the whole browser window so we can see which page you’re on.
