  I have a premium account that I paid for and ant to use the features that come with the premium membership-when i log in and says upgrade to premium. I think i created a free word press account before i upgraded and it is not showing. can you help me.

  Hi there,

  The account you are contacting us from does not have a premium plan connected to it. Do you have another WordPress.com account that the upgrade can be under? What site was the premium plan purchased for? I also see a self-hosted site connected via Jetpack connected to your account? Or did you purchase a Jetpack premium upgrade?
