  Hi,
  I would like to upload a theme I bought and they ask me to buy a premium plan to do it.
  Is there a way I can upload my theme and edit it offline and after pay for the premium account when I will want to my website online?

  Hi there,

  Using a theme you bought somewhere else on a WordPress.com site is only possible on our Business Plan:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/

  We also don’t offer FTP access, so there is no way to build a site offline and then upload it to our servers. If you want to do that, you’ll need to use a hosting provider like Pressable or Bluehost instead, that offers FTP access.
