premium account deleted! after being paid for!

  I need help from customer service!

  I have a premium account that somehow, after being paid for was deleted.

  My domain still shows my coming soon message and I cannot access my account at all.

  I need to work on my site and this is crazy… It will not let me talk to customer service without account access……………

  Hi there,

  A WordPress.com account with active upgrades cannot be deleted. You’d have to have cancelled all upgrades first, which requires several steps, before being able to delete either a site or the account that owns the site. We also don’t show “Coming Soon” pages on WordPress.com – the moment you create a site with us, the site is available online – so I suspect you might have created a site using the WordPress software at another host.

  If you can tell us your site’s address we might be able to point you in the right direction.
