premium account deleted, DNS information gone
-
We deleted the premium account and domain mapping from WordPress and we’re trying to connect our domain from GoDaddy to another CMS, but in GoDaddy we get the following message: ‘We can’t display your DNS information because your nameservers aren’t managed by us.’ and we have wordpress name servers instead, which we cannot edit. How do we edit the DNS records? We need to edit A record and cname and it was hosted on wordpress. Now that we deleted our premium, I cannot find these fields anywhere.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi ihsai2015,
How do we edit the DNS records? We need to edit A record and cname and it was hosted on wordpress.
makingcitieswork.nl was mapped to WordPress.com but as you say, that upgrade has been cancelled and domain mapping is no longer active.
The name servers for this domain are currently pointing to GoDaddy so any DNS changes will need to be made through your account there (since they manage the name servers).
Please let me know if you have any questions.
