Premium Account Not Showing up
-
I am being charged for a premium account, which is what I want, but I don’t have the abilities of a premium user.
On September 5, I was charged $99. However, looking at my account, it doesn’t seem to be showing the Premium services. When I log in to http://www.invisibleinkediting.com/wp-admin, it automatically changes the URL to http://www.insivisbleinkediting.wordpress.com. I also can’t install plugins.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
With the WordPress.com Premium plan, you get the following upgrades:
I just checked your site and confirmed that those plan upgrades are active on your site.
The URL you’re seeing in your site’s dashboard (invisibleinkediting.wordpress.com) is an internal URL that we use to make sure nothing ever happens to your site’s content, even if you stop using your custom domain invisibleinkediting.com. However, that’s just an internal URL that you see in your dashboard — your visitors will always see your custom domain invisibleinkediting.com.
You also mentioned plugins — installing plugins is a feature of self-hosted (WordPress.org) sites. Plugins can’t be uploaded and installed here at WordPress.com, for security reasons. You can read about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org, if you’re interested.
However, WordPress.com has a number of features that are inspired by popular plugins. If there’s a particular feature you’re looking for, you can search our support site for it, or let me know and I can help you determine if it’s an option here at WordPress.com.
I hope that addresses your concerns, but please let me know if I can do anything more to help. :)

Hi Rachel. Thanks for your response. I need a bit more help. What I’m trying to do is set up Google Analytics for my website. I was hoping to use a plugin that would set this up automatically on all current pages as well as any pages I create, as I run a blog through the site.
I do use BlueHost. I’m not sure if you can help me figure out whether hosting the site/domain there would allow me to install plugins. Please let me know if you have any advice. Thanks!

Hi Liam,
Your site at invisibleinkediting.com is hosted here at WordPress.com, rather than Bluehost. WordPress.com does not currently support Google Analytics tracking. However, we do offer built-in statistics showing you most of the same types of information as Google Analytics would display.
You can view your site’s stats on your My Stats page. We also have more details about how stats are measured and reported if you’d like to learn more about that.
You can also install Google Webmaster Tools, which contains some of the same functions as Google Analytics.
If there’s a feature of Google Analytics that you’re particularly interested in, and you aren’t finding it with the tools I mentioned above, please let me know!
