premium account not usable

  Hi, I just purchased a premium account, payed 80 euros for it, but when I go to my website, I’m asked to purchase a “premium plan” if I want to customize it properly. Any idea why ?

  FYI, I accendentally signed up for a free acount on the first try, with the same domain name. Is that a problem ?

  Just to make sure I’m understanding correctly, it sounds like you wanted WordPress.com Premium applied to http://jeudeviens.wordpress.com/ . I’m seeing it applied to http://jeudeviensdotcom.wordpress.com/.

  I can make that switch for you if you would like.

  Hi rootjosh thanks for the quick response! Yeah I see my problem now : it’s that I don’t know how to switch from one to another right from the start! I wanted to create my website from http://jedeviens.dotcom but when I logged in, I didn’t know wich one it was. Looks like my login is set up to default to the wrong one, is that even possible?

  Okay, I’ve got that switched for you. WordPress.com Premium should now be applied to http://jeudeviens.wordpress.com/.
