Premium hosting – includes updating very old themes – staging? Trying to decide

  I’m trying to decide whether or not to invest in wordpress hosting and can’t reach a person so I’m asking the questions here.

  The Premium plan doesn’t include modernizing a very old theme, staging is available only on the Business and Commerce plans. WordPress.com manages updates for current themes in its collection. For a third-party theme, its developer is responsible for providing compatible updates.
