Premium Inquiry

    I have recently signed up to a Premium account after trying the trial, and have just been charged $99. Will l be charged $99 dollars again after a year – in this case, October, 31, 2015 – or will I be charged on January 1, 2015?

    Hi there,

    Your WordPress.com Premium plan is valid through October 31, 2015, so you won’t be charged to renew it until near the expiration date. (You certainly won’t be charged on January 1, 2015.)

    Since your Premium plan is set to automatically renew, we will try to renew one month before that expiration date. That will add another year to the plan (so then it will be valid through October 31, 2016).
