  Is the Premium Membership fee of approx. $ 8.00 for every page I have? Meaning when I have 5 pages than I have to pay $ 40.00 per month?

  WordPress.com Premium is $99/yr billed yearly (the monthly price is just displayed as an example or comparison to other hosting providers). It is for your whole site and does not limit pages or posts.
