Premium No ad payment – still have ads

  I purchased the no-ad premium and still have ads. I need these taken down right away as my newsletter comes out today for the FAMILY FRIENDLY neighborhood site. I find it very disappointing the type of ads you run in order to force payment. Wellingtonheights3.wordpress.com

  Hi there, I had a look at your site and I’m not seeing any ads. It’s possible what you’re seeing is coming from an “adware” browser add-on or extension.

  Could you please try turning off all your Chrome extensions and add-ons, and restarting the browser? Here are instructions for doing that:

  Scroll down to the section called “Temporarily disable extensions.”

  If the ads disappear, you can try reactivating the add-ons/extensions one-by-one to find the culprit that’s been inserting the ads.
