Premium not working

  I paid for premium and put in the urlto my site http://grantgoddess.com but when I go to Jetpack from the dashboard, it says I only have the free version and I have to buy the paid version to get those features.

  Hi! I’m seeing two issues: we can’t connect Jetpack to the site right now. Also, the upgrade is under a different WordPress.com account.

  Can you work with the host to resolve the issues mentioned here?

  Use the site with www in its URL as that’s what we have registered.

  And, once that is resolved, can you assure you’re logged into the account you used to purchase the upgrade?
