Premium plan

    Hello, I paid for the premium plan and I can’t access any of the premium features. It is billed annually and wouldn’t be up for renewal until November of this year. Can someone fix this so I can download plugins?

    Hi there,

    I’m not sure I understand. I do see that you purchased the WordPress.com Premium Plan Plan on Nov 8, 2021 (receipt here) but opted to cancel the plan a few days later on Nov 11, 2021 (receipt here) so there is not currently a Premium Plan on your account as you can see here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

    We no longer offer the Premium Plan but now offer the WordPress.com Pro Plan, which does offer the ability to upload plugins as you wish. More info here.
