  I have a premium plan and need to renew but I want to do so at the personal rate. How can I do that?

  Hi there,

  I would be happy to assist you in renewing your subscription to a personal plan. However, the premium upgrade that was purchased last year is not associated with the account you contacted us from. Until recently, you were able to renew an upgrade that was under your account, but now only the owner of the upgrade can. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into renewing the subscription upgrade. However, you should be able to renew the domain if logged into the account that owns the upgrade.
