  Is it possible for me to connect my already domain with a premium plan, or will this cost extra?
  My domain is ‘me-solutions.no’

  Yes, that’s possible. me-solutions.no can be connected to your WordPress.com site with domain mapping:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/

  Domain mapping is a feature of paid plans — Personal, Premium and Business. Each paid plan includes one free domain credit which can be used to map a domain you already own as part of the Premium plan cost.
