Premium Plan and Domain Mapping Renewal Fee

    Hi, the above fee is due to be paid for our site ‘electricaid.ie’. I need to amend the credit card before the charge is due for renewal on 3rd August. I also need to ensure all emails are sent to (email visible only to moderators and staff) and not (email visible only to moderators and staff). How do I amend these details? Anthony received an email yesterday in relation to the renewal due.

    Hi there,

    That site, and all the upgrades connected to that site, belong to the username account, anthonylecourriard. Your account is an admin on the site, but not the owner, and only the account that owns the upgrades can make changes to the payment information and receive notification emails regarding those upgrades.

    If you are taking over responsibility for these upgrades going forward, please ask Anthony to comment in this thread to confirm, and then we can transfer the upgrades to your account instead.

    Or Anthony can completely transfer ownership of the site itself to you. This will also transfer all upgrades connected to the site and remove Anthony as an admin. If that is the preferred course, you can ask Anthony to follow the instructions here:
