Premium Plan Refund

  Hello,

  I currently have a premium plan for my site that I purchased a few daya ago but I’ve realised that wordpress.com is not suitable for running a proper website for a number of reasons. I am planning on moving away from wordpress.com but don’t want to lose all the money I paid for the plan. Is it possible to transfer the premium plan to another blog I am an admin on that is currently on a free plan?

  Hi there,

  To get a refund for that you need to go to your Purchases page (https://wordpress.com/me/purchases), select the Premium plan, and then click on “Cancel Subscription and Refund”.
