Premium Plan upgrade

I am not able to upgrade to the premium plan. I am from India and I have tried using 2 Global cards – Visa and Mastercard. Yet I am not able to make the payment. Please Help in this regard. Thanks in advance!

The payments are being declined by your bank, so please contact them directly to find out why.
Usually in these cases the card has to be authorised for international and/or online payments.
