Premium prepaid member can't access anything

Hello,
This is my first time on forums. I set up my site last December, 2016 and paid for a premium account. As of the last four days (when discovered) I can’t access the editor, stats, live chat, account info etc. I just get a blank page. The support page asked me to log in, which I did, and it calls me a free member, upgrade to a premium account to access live chat.
What’s going on. Help please. Thank you

Yes I did receive the email. I don’t use a PC. I have two iPads and two IPhones. I tried each of the devices after clearing cash resetting Java and restarting. No go. One iPad with older IOS 9.5 won’t let me log in. The newer devices with the latest software let me log in, but I get a blank page on everything. This started about five days ago. Google Chrome is the same. The suspect browsers with spyware on them let me see the edit pages etc. I downloaded the iPad app today so I could talk to support otherwise I had no way to reach support, no phones numbers and locked out. The app has limited editing features and I have to relearn how to do things on it. I don’t care for it much. I noticed the staff has been changing the format lately which I think,has something to do with this problem.
