Premium Purchase – Bank Transfer?

Hi
I have my small business which is financially supported by the city. The money we have got unfortunately cannot be used by wordpress purchases because the organization that represents us and deals with payment stuff, only uses bank transfer. Also, they need a bill about the payment, a receipt isn’t enough. I’m terribly sad about this, because I really wanted an upgrade to my site but I really can’t afford it from my own budget at the moment.
I wonder if there’s an option on the website to choose bank transfer when buying a premium and/or asking for a bill (for the payment) somewhere, by someone, that looks like the ones we use in Hungary and that we have to show as an evidence for the organizations that support people’s activity

Hi there,
We are not able to accept payments via bank transfer, and we do not issue invoices in lieu of payment, only receipts once a payment is received.
