premium refund

i would like to cancel the $99/per year upgrade immediately! but i have already been charged, and would like to get a refund.

Hi there,
I see that you already canceled the Premium plan. The charge for Premium didn’t go through yet, so that was also canceled and you won’t be charged. (You may see a pending charge on your credit card account, but that will go away once your credit card company processes the canceled charge.)
Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)
