Premium Renewal

Hello! We recently received a bill for a blog that is no longer active for us (we moved to a new WordPress address), and it somehow auto renewed our “Premium” subscription. When I went in to check, it said it was currently set to “manual” so I’m not sure why I didn’t get an email before we got billed. I’d like to cancel the premium subscription, but would love a refund for the remainder of the year (minus whatever pro-rate for this month).

I have processed that refund for you. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.
