Premium renewal failed – This product was purchased by a different WordPress.com

I am the Webmaster for a non-profit organization, and we have a upgraded Premium account. I recently took over for someone who passed away due to covid, so I had updated the billing information from hers to my own at least two weeks ago. However, apparently now the renewal has failed anyway, and the wp-admin is telling me “This product was purchased by a different WordPress.com account. To manage this product, log in to that account or contact the account owner.”
I have NO idea who that could be, and the previous Webmaster may have taken that to her grave – What can I do??
