  Hello, I have found a theme that I would like to have as my wordpress blog, it is called Centum – Responsive WordPress Theme (http://themeforest.net/item/centum-responsive-wordpress-theme/3216603), but it isn’t available when I search the themes through my dashboard. Would you be able to advise? Thank you.

  We do not have FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we not able to upload third party themes.

  The only themes you can use on a free hosted WordPress.com blog are those found here > Appearance > Themes and showcased here > http://wordpress.com/themes/ You can use the filters there to locate a theme with sidebars.
