    I purchased a premium theme and I have lost access to the zip on the computer that I had when I bought it. Can I find and access the theme from your records?

    What is the theme?

    The account you’re using to post here has never bought any themes from us, and we don’t provide downloadable versions of premium themes sold on WordPress.com, as our themes can only be used on the specific WordPress.com site for which you bought it.

    So it sounds like you bought a theme somewhere else, in which case you’ll need to contact the theme shop/marketplace where you bought it directly for help with this.
