Premium Theme Refund

  I cannot get a refund on my Port theme. When I click the ‘cancel and refund button’ a window pops up with only a ‘Cancel and Refund’ title, and nothing in it. Appears to be a glitch. Have tried on multiple browsers and computers with no luck.
