Premium theme won’t let me purchase

    Hi there,

    I recently bought a domain and am trying to set up my website. I am attempting to buy the premium theme ‘Cinta’ but it keeps asking me to enter my login information for my hosting account. When I do, nothing happens. It doesn’t even say my loging information is wrong (which it isn’t as I have checked many times). Thank you.

    We don’t have a premium theme called Cinta on our theme gallery here: https://wordpress.com/themes/

    Perhaps you were trying to purchase the theme from a different provider?

    Please note that your site at endgraincustoms.com is using the WordPress.org software and is hosted by Bluehost.     Please contact the theme provider for help with purchasing the theme. Not all themes are on our theme gallery, and the theme you mentioned is from a different provider outside of WordPress.com, so we aren’t able to help with that.
