Premium upgrade refund.

    I recently cancelled my premium upgrade and I received an email saying the money would be refunded within seven days. It has now been ten days and the money has not been refunded, who do I need to speak to to fix this?
    Please answer as soon as possible. Thanks.

    Not a problem! I have canceled your subscription for WordPress.com Premium and refunded the charges back to you. It can take between 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
