Preparing to launch migrated site, many questions

  I’m new to WP.org & inexperienced. At the bottom of my landing page: I want to change the description on the 3 buttons (ex About Me has stock description). How do I modify blocks 2 & 3? Also, I created a text logo, I thought I sized the pixels correctly. When I uploaded, it’s visible in dashboard, but not on my site. (I have uploaded other images on the pre-launched site). Note: I’m using the Roseta WP theme. Thank you for guidance!
