Previous employee locked me out of the account

Hello, I am the site admin, and I received an email saying that this notice confirms that your email address on your site was changed to *insert email of someone I never worked with here*.
I DID NOT CHANGE THIS EMAIL, and now I have no way to log myself into the website to work on it. It says if I did not change your email please contact the site admin which Is me, but I have no way to solve this issue.Please please help me regain my site back as I have a store front which I am trying to launch soon.

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
