  Your website says the plan I chose was $12 per year or $24 for two years. Now it wants to charge me $113.76. This is not correct.

  Perhaps you can buy a custom domain address for $12 per year? Here at WordPress.com to build a site with a custom domain requires a plan that costs more than that.
