Pricing for masters level university course in CMs

    I am teaching 22 students at a university in France this year on CMS and we are currently using wordpress.com to build their websites. The websites can(not obligated) be given to an actual businesses at the end of the course. The primary issue i have is that it allows 0 plugins without paying for the business license and i cannot ask my students to pay for this. Is there a way that i can talk with someone from the sales team etc to see if we can work something out?
