Hey, the prices displayed in your pricing section for hosting are completely different from what I am getting when I am adding it in the cart. Can you please help me understand the problem here?

To clarify, a transfer is included for free with all our plans listed here, so if you add one of those to your cart, the domain transfer will be free: https://wordpress.com/pricing/
