The primary blog selection option is not available. Instead of a button to select, all blogs have a dash underneath the primary section. How is it possible to change which blog is primary?

Thank you for your help! Now I see one more dilemma, thanks to asking my question. Is there some way that the url and link to my blog I asked for help on be removed from here so it is not visible? I have not permitted search engines to index it.
Search engines will index this forum page, which will cause my blog’s address to be even more publicly visible. If I could edit my question, I could remove it. Since I can’t, will someone else do it for me?
