primary domain changed by support to wrong url

  I registered throwlikeagirlblog.com. I am trying to change the site address to throwlikeagirlsports.com but am only able to access throwlikeagirlsports.wordpress.com. Since I purchased the domain upgrade doesn’t it carry over? Throwlikeagirlsports.com exists but I cannot access the dashboard. The last support person changed the domain back to throwlikeagirlblog.com. I want it to be throwlikeagirlsports.com
