Primary domain not working properly
-
My domain alejogarciapintos.net expired one month ago. I forgot to renew it on time, so I bought a new domain (alejogarciapintos.org) and set it as a Primary Domain.
This was one week ago. I try to enter the site and the web says:
“Uh oh! Your blog’s domain alejogarciapintos.net expired 33 days ago!
The domain alejogarciapintos.net was last renewed on 3 July, 2013. It is configured to redirect traffic to the web address alejogarciapintos.org.”The thing is that the web works perfectly on the cell phone, , but on a web browser I´m still getting that sign and can´t enter the site. I tried in differents computers deleting the caché files and history and it didn´t work.
I tried to delete the old domain, but it still remains in the domains list on the dashboard as expired.
I don´t know what to do to make it work properly.
Thanks!
Grettings.

Hi there!
I’m sorry about that. Would you like to completely cancel your custom domain: alejogarciapintos.net? Please note that this is different from other upgrades and is stated during the purchase process.
Canceling a domain at this time means you completely give up ownership of the domain. There is no guarantee the domain will become available to re-register after cancellation. Also if it’s purchased by a new owner they now own it and may point it to whatever site they wish.
You are welcome to redeem the domain (there would be an $80 redemption fee on top of the price of the renewal- our registrar puts this on us, so unfortunately I wouldn’t be able to waive it), and have it point to your current domain: alejogarciapintos.org.
If you prefer to just completely cancel your ownership of the domain name, please reply to confirm. I can then remove the domain from your account so that the message disappears.
Thank you!

Please! I just prefer to completely cancel my ownership of the domain asap.
Just need that annoying message out.
Thanks!

Hi Alejo,
It has been canceled as requested. You will no longer see that message.
Cheers!
