Primary Site confusion

    I am having difficulty with jetpack. I bought the premium package but it keeps saying that there is action needed and that I have to enter credentials. However, the primary site is wrong and is on a completely different host account than the site I purchased the Jetpack premium for. I need to get this corrected. I went to the forums but everything they suggested will not work as I do not have the site it is referring to anymore.

    Hi there,

    For what site did you buy Jetpack Premium? I see no paid upgrades for the account you’re using to post here, and only one site connected via Jetpack on the free plan, http://www.armoryspice.com.

    If you bought Jetpack Premium for a different site, that site also belongs to a different account.

    Please log in as that WordPress.com account, then open a support ticket directly with Jetpack support at https://jetpack.com/contact-support/?rel=support
