  I want to be able to print the content of my blog, not just the text — the photos. Do you have any recommendations or partners? Because I am self hosted, I seem to be unable to use booksmart (for example) because they are looking for a .wordpress.com extension to slurp content.

  yes, sorry — I misspoke. I am not self hosted. I do have my own domain, frommert.org, which is a redirect for/to http://frommertdotorg.wordpress.com which is the site I would like to be able to print.

  There are also some companies that will publish your blog as a book, for a fee:
