Printing Page For Compliance Review

    Hello,

    I work in an industry that requires pre-approval of web pages before they can go live. Is there a way to print (or create a .pdf) of a page from the dashboard that prints all graphics and text as it would appear on the live site?

    I am not looking to allow the public to print, just a way that I can print a page for internal uses.

    Hi Richard,

    All newer WordPress.com themes are optimized to print pages properly via your browser’s built-in Print functionality. That should have an option to save the output to PDF rather than printing it on paper.

    Else, you can use a service like blogbooker.com – there you provide your site’s export file which you can get from My Site ->Settings ->Export, and that service converts it into a printable PDF file.
