I haven’t started developing my website yet. However, there is a page that appears when you type my website url. According to written support, WordPress tells me that on the privacy tab I have the option to click ‘Private’. I don’t have these options. It asks me to make a Privacy Policy Page instead. Please help!

Hi there!
I’m not seeing any private page or something when I go to grupofactual.com – it shows the actual homepage. The homepage isn’t loading properly, but it’s not hidden.
If you were referring to the privacy options as shown here, note that they are for WordPress.com sites.
Your site at grupofactual.com is using the WordPress.org software and it’s hosted elsewhere. There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about them, please check the following page that explains it well: WordPress.com vs WordPress.org.
You don’t see those options on your site because your site is using the WordPress.org software. If you’re looking to make your site private, you can install one of the ‘coming soon’ plugins shown on this search result: https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/coming+soon/
Should you need more help, please post on the WordPress.org support forum here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums
