  I can’t find how to change who can view my site
  I’ve read the how to do it … but can’t find the reading section.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Go to > Dashboard > Settings > Reading

  To change blog visibility to Private go to Dashboard > Settings > Reading scroll to Site Visibility and choose option 3

  It’s at the bottom of your dashboard page, under settings in the sidebar on the left.
