Privacy Policy Question

  I am creating a Research Laboratory website, which will include a ‘People’ page that will include all of our lab members’ names, profile picture, social media accounts, and a small bio introducing themselves.
  My question is because we have a member who is a 17 year old minor. Will I need a parental consent form to display her personal information on my website.
  Or Do I need consent forms from everyone, even adults?
