Privacy popup

Hi, I have noticed that there is an automatic privacy pop up on my website now. It’s a WordPress site hosted by a company called 1-grid, managed by me. I really need to know how to get rid of that pop up or at least customise it since my site is South African and we use the POPIA privacy policy. Please assist me. I can’t even find how to upgrade my site to a paid version.

From what I can see this popup is coming from a WordPress plugin creator called “Share This” and this is their Consent Management Platform feature, as discussed here: https://sharethis.com/consent-management-platform/
We’re limited in how we can help because we don’t actually host your site on WordPress.com (your host uses a different version of the WordPress platform) and don’t have access to your server files. We also don’t offer Share This as an option on WordPress.com, which was my other clue that we are not your host.
