privacy with social link buttons

  im working on my blog presently on private. I inserted the social button links for facebook, twitter and pinterest. I then invited friends to view the site ~ still on private. If they click on the social buttons it sends them to the clicked site but they are then able to see ALL my private information on those sites. If my blog becomes public then the public will be able to do the same thing. How can I change this and still keep the icon buttons?privacy with social link buttons
