Private blog- login with Facebook: good or bad idea?
-
I have made my entire blog private by using single password for login. The 8 other members of my small group of followers don’t know how to use WordPress, but they do know how to use Facebook. Is allowing my blog followers to log in to my private blog with their Facebook profiles a good or a bad idea? I am just trying to avoid having to teach them how to use WordPress. The main purpose of my blog is to use the discussion and comment features of blogging. Also, privacy is a huge concern, so if using a Facebook login means that Facebook will have access to the content on my blog I don’t want to enable it.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If I were overly concerned with privacy for a project, I would not connect that project to Facebook.
Now, that is more personal opinion than official WordPress.com opinion. So take it for what it is worth.
