Private blog setting not working

  I made my blog (quietbpd.wordpress.com) private today so that only requests I approve by email can read my blog. I’ve only had one request to view my blog which I approved but I’ve had three comments from different people on my blog today which I haven’t approved to be viewers. Thanks.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Your blog is definitely not private. How did you set it to Private? That should be on Settings->Reading.

  Thanks for your quick reply.

  I changed it in reading this morning and set it to private and got one request for someone to view my blog. I haven’t been in to any settings all day but I’ve just gone to the settings and the private option wasn’t selected so I don’t know why it changed. I just changed it back again. Is it private now? Thanks.

  Thank you very much. I don’t know why it switched back when I for sure didn’t even go in to settings or anything. Strange!
