  I recieved the following email from you over Christmas:

  You may renew at any time in the next 5 days and your subscription will be extended by another year from the expiry date, so it pays to renew early. When your upgrade expires, you will lose access to the extra functionality offered by that upgrade.

  I clicked through to the renewal process however when I go to renew, it tells me that

  “Sorry, that product is no longer available” yet it still gives me payment options below

  Am confused as to whether I can renew or not as if I don’t does this mean I lose the content and domain name of my blog as it expires tomorrow.

  Please can you advise?

  Howdy,

  Could you try renewing it at Store -> Domains in your blog’s dashboard?
