Private to Public site

Would it be possible to send a confirmation email stating that there was an issue with my site being set to private unknowingly? It’s just that it would be useful to have this so that UAL (who are marking my blog for final coursework purposes) can see that it was not a fault on my end, but rather an unknowing fault that it took time to figure out and correct?

4 days ago: public to private
4 days ago: private to public
4 days ago: public to private
16 hours ago: private to publicThat would be what I could report. I cannot say that it was unknowingly done or that it wasn’t a fault on your end.
